• Treasurers Report We currently have $14,504. in the bank. Our biggest expense is the Xmas Party. We have 77 members paying $35. each for the ball machine which brings in a good amount of revenue.

• Ongoing BBQ Saturday at 5:30.  Upcoming specials. This Saturday will be free margaritas. August 13th will be game day
• Sneakers & Spikes August 19 will be run by Loc and Fred Barnes.
• Special thanks to Len Cook for all his work with the barbeque. He has done a lot of repairs in addition to grilling.

Facilities - Jerry Quinlan

• court usage-- We have about 1900 players per month or about 65 players per day
• ball donations-- Having the plastic boxes on the courts has been very helpful for collecting used balls for the ball machine. Those that can no longer be used are sent to Heather Farms,
• new chairs - Larry has taken care of ordering new chairs. 
• new burners for BBQ -  Lenny had ordered them but they came in the wrong size. He will order again from a different supplier.

Publicity

• Amy Bollinger was thanked for all her great publicity in the Rossmoor News. Her tenure is up in September.

• Committee for the Preservation of Buckeye - Dave Blanchard gave a summary and update of all that has been happening related to Pickleball. I am e mailing a copy of the letter to each of you.
